Use Mac's ScreenTime to track iPhone use as well.

I often need to pick up where I left off when I leave my desk. I see this not only tracking the work apps I use (Numbers, Pages, Mail, etc,) But also all of the communication apps Whatsapp, Messages, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, etc.,) Based on the contact name(s) and in the case of email at least, the subject and even content of the message.
